Robertson County was well represented on the 2021 Tennessee Gridiron Scouting Offensive Linemen preseason rankings.
Springfield seniors Tres Haley (No. 110) and Tristan Petit (No. 56) both appeared on the list, as did East Robertson senior Bryce Brown (No. 86).
Haley (6-foot-1, 285 pounds) and Petit (6-foot-3, 310 pounds) anchor a Yellow Jacket offensive line that returns all five of its starters from 2019. Springfield rushed for 2,983 yards and 40 touchdowns on 497 carries en route to a runner-up finish in the TSSAA Class 4A playoffs last season.
Brown is a key cog on both the offensive and defensive lines for the Indians. The 6-foot-3, 270-pounder helped the East Robertson offense produce 2,267 total yards and 21 touchdowns in 11 games. He also had 40 tackles, 11 tackles for loss and four sacks last season.
Haley was named to the 2019 All-Robertson County first team offense, while Brown and Petit both earned Honorable Mention. Petit received his first offer from Centre College (Ky.) on May 7.
