Full, padded practices set next week -
The pads go on later this week as Wilson County's prep football teams prep for the 2021 season.
Visits to Wilson Central, Lebanon, Mt. Juliet & Green Hill Monday and Tuesday saw these programs working out in helmets and t-shirts as per TSSAA heat acclimatization regulations.
Shoulder pads will be added to the mix later this week with full, padded practices on tap beginning Monday, July 26.
NEW FACES - Chuck Gentry has added several new coaches to his staff including: head freshman coach Arthur Maxwell, Eroll Harrington, Adam Parsons, Jeff Clemmons and Cam Howard.
Former LHS and Siegel assistant Hunter Long has joined the Green Hill program as defensive coordinator while former Watertown standout Ty Jobe is working with the secondary.
Chip Bevis is working with the Wilson Central Wildcats as an assistant coach.
SEASON TICKETS - Season ticket sales for 2021 Lebanon High football are underway. General admission passes are $35 per person while reserved seats will be available for $55.
Online purchases may be made through the Lebanon High website www.wcschools.com/lhs by scrolling to the bottom of the front page (school cash online).
In-person season ticket purchases will also be available at the LHS main office between the hours of 7 am - 2 pm. The 2021 season-opener is Aug. 20 v. Antioch.
SMART CARDS - Several Wilson County teams are selling "Smart Cards" as a fundraiser. The discount cards are available for $20 or $25 (depending on the program) and feature deep discounts for food and services.
