Watertown 10, Gordonsville 0

WATERTOWN – Host Watertown High rapped out 17 hits in Monday’s 10-0 win over longtime Gordonsville High.

Bre Buhler led the Lady Tigers with three singles in four at bats and scored a run while Madison Baskin had a single and a double to drive in two runs.

Winning pitcher Jania Drennon helped her own cause with two singles that produced three RBI.

Drennon pitched five innings of one-hit ball, striking out six and walking four. Zoe basking closed the sixth, allowed two hits and struck out one.

Lebanon 8, Cookeville 2

LEBANON – Casey Fox drove in four runs on a homer, a double and a single to lead Lebanon High to an 8-2 home win over Cookeville Monday.

Winning pitcher Karlee Wright went the distance, scattering six hits, striking out 11 and working around five walks.

Alaina Smith finished 3-for-4 with a double.

The Lady Devils improved to 3-3 with the victory.

Green Hill 17, Fairview 0

FRANKLIN — Junior Zoi Harvey threw three innings of no-hit ball Sunday afternoon leading Green Hill (3-2) to a 17-0 run-rule win over Fairview High at Mary Vowell Classic.

Harvey faced 10 batters, striking out two and throwing just 28 pitches.

Maliyah Wilkins had three of Green Hill’s 15 hits, including a triple, and drove in four runs.

Bryanna Coffman went 2-for-2 with a double and a single to drive in two and Emily Legrand drove in three with a double and a single.

Cadence Jarrett had a pair of singles for the Lady Hawks — who stole 11 bases.

Green Hill 2, Creek Wood 1

FRANKLIN – Junior Keeton Brown’s one-out, bases loaded single in the bottom of the fifth proved to be the game winner as Green Hill defeated Creek Wood High 2-1 Saturday in the Mary Vowells Classic.

Brown’s blooper to center scored Emily Legrand, who had reached on a single, from third.

Senior catcher Ashlyn Riggs had two hits for GHHS — both singles.

Starting pitcher Sophia Waters went six innings for the decision, scattering six hits with three strikeouts.

She allowed just one earned run with no walks.
